Up for sale is a wonderful antique 19th century Art Nouveau tobacco jar. It’s made of a thick clear crystal with a paneled design and has an ornate brass lid that sits recessed over the jar lip. The silver plated lid is embellished with intricate floral design that is done in high relief in a Nouveau style. The piece has acquired a lovely nice patina from age and has a space for a sponge underneath the lid to keep the tobacco fresh.
