Vintage Art Deco circa 1930 Fine Quality Self Closing Cigar Case Humidor in Chromium plated metal finished with a gilded interior, the Humidor features as a Double Torpedo with a bulbous Zeppelin style mid section graduated to one end at a fine point for clipping as would a quality cigar of the period, the mouth to the Humidor features dual thumb clasps so as to aid one when opening the case which reveals the gilded interior, simply release the case and it self closes via way of the sprung piano hinge to the spine. The Case when closed shut measures 14 cm x 5 cm x 2 cm in dimension, will accommodate a cigar measuring 13.3 cm in length with a body diameter of roughly 1.8 cm. Makes for a fantastic example of the period, still perfectly useable, will make for a great prop for stage or film also! Weight : 100.7 grams.
