Considering that this Maria Pergay for Hermes silver, brass and mahogany cigarette box is nearly 50 years old, it’s in tremendous condition. Generously sized, it’s quite a special piece. The belt buckle form on top is spectacular. We gave this a cursory exterior polish. It can quickly be polished to an even more regal shine. HERMES PARIS Made in France is stamped on the side. Additionally, there is another imprint stamped in between (please see photos). The mahogany wood-lined interior is gorgeous, and free of imperfections. Its removable divider is tight and in place.
