This is a hard to find AIR TIGHT antique 1890s amber glass cigar jar with its original tin lid…. AIR-TIGHT boldly emb on front…. 1429 1ST DIST PA 50 bold emb on bottom (indicating this jar held 50 cigars)….. Hand blown in mold… Ground threaded wide mouth collar with original unembossed tin lid…. 5″tall x 4 7/8″across lid…. Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean cigar jar.
