Premium solid wood construction with a rich, polished mahogany-toned exterior finish. Features the iconic “CA” script logo faintly stamped on the top of the lid. Authentic unvarnished Spanish Cedar lined interior designed to maintain ideal humidity. Built-in analog hygrometer mounted inside the lid alongside a humidifier patch. Functional bottom pull-out accessory drawer lined with dark felt, perfect for storing cutters, matches, and lighters without disrupting the humidity seal. Excellent vintage pre-owned condition. Vintage rosewood cigar humidor dating from approximately the 1930s-1950s. This elegant example features richly figured rosewood veneer with striking horizontal grain patterning and rounded edge construction typical of Art Deco and early Mid-Century design. The lid is fitted with a brass nameplate engraved “DPM, ” likely the original owner’s initials. The humidor retains its original lock and hardware. Interior is lined in light wood and white paneling, clean and well preserved. Hinges are solid and function properly. Condition: Very good vintage condition with light age-appropriate wear. Minor edge wear and surface marks consistent with age. Bottom shows typical finish wear from use. Please review photos carefully. This mid-century piece is both functional and highly decorative-a true collector’s item for tobacco enthusiasts, pipe smokers, or vintage home decor lovers. Wooden Pipe Stand/Rack: Beautifully turned dark wood with a round base and circular top. Designed to hold multiple pipes upright. Features elegant spindles and a sturdy construction. Central Humidor Jar: Amber/brown textured Duraglas jar embossed with “HUMIDOR”. Complete with original wooden lid and knob. The bottom of the jar base is clearly marked DUN-RITE WOOD NOVELTY CO. The Vintage Optimo Metel Cigar Humidor is a rare and unique collectible item perfect for cigar enthusiasts. This humidor exudes a sense of nostalgia with its vintage design, making it a stylish addition to any collection. The Optimo Metal brand adds a touch of authenticity to the piece, making it a sought-after item for collectors of tobacco memorabilia. Ideal for displaying as I did. It has factory 4 which was at 1906 N Armenia ave. It was built in 1904 by Antonio Santuella. This factory is where the Optima Cigar was born & originally produced. The building still stands is a protected historical landmark. The tin is all metal no cardboard, if necessary, I will send video hitting it with my fingernail so you can hear the metal sound. It’s 4 1/4″h, top & bottom are 4 3/4″ and the diameter is15 1/2, if you need more photos, please let me know. I usually picked different tins at estate, garage sales and sometimes antique stores or flea markets. My home is smoke free, where it was before that no idea. As you can see the paper around is faded and has spots. The top has with the paper.
