THIS LISTING IS FOR… This wonderful, antique, Copper Humidor Box with applied Scarab Beetles and Blue stones or glass. It measures 6 by 3.5 inches and is 3.5 inches tall. This box is an exceptional beauty. It has feet and a stamped design all around the edge. There is a ribbed pattern in relief circling the box as well. There are 5 scarab beetles applied on the top and 8 blue stones or glass with 2 being in the eyes of the largest scarab beetle. Inside of the box is very clean. There is a dent on the underside by one of the feet so maybe it was repaired at sometime. I do see Silver solder on every one of the feet and other places so I’m assuming that was the way it was originally made. I’m also assuming this is an antique and that it is Egyptian. It has no markings on it anywhere and I was unable to find anything like it anywhere in my internet searches to compare it to.
