This rare and exceptionally large casket of superior quality was manufactured by the famed Manning of Ireland company and is truly a jewel of handcrafted genius. This cigar box is constructed of the finest woods available and the knowledge and skill of 4 generations of box making in the Manning Family is obvious. The hand rubbed cream outer shellac finish and the luxurious fitted interior gives a richness that has earned the Manning Company a well-deserved place as the pinnacle of the master box makers. This is wonderful large beauty has a generous amount of cigar storage inside. Condition: Brand new old stock, never used, there are a couple of minor defects. Art Deco Egyptian Revival Pharoah Head Tobacco Jar Humidor c. Overall height of 8″ and a maximal diameter of 5″. Top looks to be well patinated brass, possibly over a base metal. There is a very slight deformation on the tops base shown in photo 10 Glass jar portion is solid and heavy, weighing almost 2lbs. It has two very small chips on the under rim as pictured in photo 11. Top and bottom form a very snug fit.

Beautiful set of three antique Chinese Art Deco enameled copper pieces, featuring two matching humidors and one trinket box, each adorned in colorful Cloisonné floral patterns. These fine examples of early 20th-century Chinese craftsmanship display exquisite hand-enameled detail and vibrant color combinations characteristic of the Art Deco era. (2) Cloisonné Humidors: Each measures approximately 3.25″ tall x 3″ in diameter. One features a yellow floral motif, the other a blue and multicolor floral design. (1) Cloisonné Trinket Box: Lovely green enamel with multicolor floral decoration, measuring about 3.75″ x 3 1/8″ x 1.75 tall. Overall, the set is in very nice antique condition with only minor age-related wear. The yellow humidor lid has a small missing enamel piece on the side, as shown in photos. All pieces display beautiful patina consistent with age. Cloisonné enameling has been a revered Chinese art form for centuries, reaching new stylistic heights in the Art Deco period (1920s-1930s). Art Deco Hungarian Solid Silver 800 Humidor Cigar Box. Signed by factory workers. A memento from the AEG Germany factories. I believe the box was most likely a gift from the people working at the AEG BUDAPEST branch to their director after the factories were closed during the Soviet occupation of Romania, Hungary and Austria 1944/45 – 1948/49. Measures approximately 6.88 inches x 3.74 x 1.77 inches. Total weight approximately 374 grams. Approx Silver Weight 257 gms 800/1000Ag.
