This rare 1900s “Protection” paper label hinged humidor cigar tin, measuring 3″ x 5″ x. 6 1/2 is in good condition with a small amount of superficial rust on the interior bottom, some denting on the lid and and some age related plating loss and paper discoloration. The hinge is in excellent working order. This very attractive brass colored tin features two paper labels with a the same detailed image of Doberman Pincher guard dog with a revolver and crossed spears under the word “Protection”.
