This is a vintage Alfred Dunhill cigar humidor. There are no tags indicating the country of origin, but judging by its age, it was made in London. This humidor goes back decades, as indicated by the inlaid copper lining and inner lid. It’s a beautiful burl wood exterior, with Spanish cedar lined interior. Push button to open (sorry, no key to lock it). Felt lined on outside bottom. Piano hinge and side hinge. Copper lined top on the inside and around edges. Maker’s plaque is still affixed. Beautiful inside and out. Condition is pretty good, given its age. The finish on the outer burl wood is beginning to show its age, but there are no missing sections, just some gentle crackling. There’s a few scratches here and there on the exterior, consistent with gentle use. The interior is outstanding. No split wood or rotten wood.
