Offered here is a vintage heavy glass cigar/tobacco jar. The lid is marked sterling with a beautiful floral repousse. This item does have a few minor issues and I want to declare them so you know exactly what will show up at your home. The lid has some dings and scratches on outer edge and the glass has a few very small chips where the flat bevels meet the curved top 1/2. These chips are just in one small area and shown in close up photo. There is a long “factory cooling line” in the bottom also visible in a photo. For those interested, the glass fluoresces under UV light as shown in last photo. Weight is 3 lb, 0 oz. Height with lid in place is approx 6 1/2. The flaws declared are minor and this cigar jar displays beautifully. Sterling silver lid weighs 122 grams. Please view all photos to help appraise.
