This scarce 1910s “Saeger’s Hand Made” litho 50 cigar humidor tin, measuring 5 1/2″ x 5 1/4″, in good condition with a small crease on the lid edge, some interior superficial rust and some minor age related paint chips and scratches. Much of the original high gloss finish remains. This very attractive ivory tin features black, gold and red graphics advertising Saeger;s Hand Made brand of cigars. The cigars were manufactured by The Saeger Tobacco Company, Freemont, NE in Factory 43, District of NE.

This scarce 1930s Canadian “Luet’s Garcia” paper label, 50 humidor cigar tin, measuring 5 1/2″ x 5″, is in good condition with no dents. Some very minor superficial rust on the interior sides and some age related paper scrapes, chips and discoloration. The cigars were manufactured by the A. Luet & Son Cigar, Company, Toronto, Canada in Factory 38 – Port 10 D, Toronto, Canada. This highly attractive white tin features multicolored, detailed graphics. The front is an illustration of a woman in roman type garb with lush tropical foliage in the background.

This scarce 1930s “Idolita” cardboard humidor 50 cigar canister. 5″ 1/2 x 5 1/2″. With a tin top and bottom is in very good condition with no rust or dents and some minor age related paper discoloration and paint chipping. This highly attractive white canister with red lettering features a detailed multicolored image of two mythological women being drawn in a chariot by two horses whose reins were held by cherubs. The cigars were manufactured by the Jose Escalante & Company, Tampa, FL. In Factory 406, Coll District, FL. These Idolita cigars claimed to be very mild because they were ultra-violet cured.

This scarce 1940s cardboard “Optimo Kings” 25 humidor cigar canister, measuring 5 3/4″ x 4″ is in excellent condition. Most of the original color remains. There is some very minor age related staining on the bottom rim. The cigars were manufactured by A. Santaella & Company, Tampa. Fl in Factory 4, Coll District, Fl. This striking white tin features multicolored images. The front has a portrait of Spanish-born Antonio Santaella wearing a panama hat with palm trees and straw huts in the background. On the reverse is the Santaella Company in Tampa, FL. A label on the canister explains that it is made of cardboard in compliance with the O. M ban on using tin during the WWII Emergency.

This extremely scarce 1920s “Real Cabanas” embossed, oval litho 50 cigar humidor tin, measuring 4 1/2″ x 5″ x 5 1/4, is in excellent condition with no rust or dents and very minor age related paint scratches. The original high gloss finish remains in tact. The interior contains the original cedar liner, wax liner and cigar band. This highly attractive, embossed, brown faux wood tin features an image of two classical leaning on opposite sides of the manufactures’s emblem. They are surrounded by medals the company has won for its cigar. The cigars were manufactured by. De Cabanas Y Carvajal. This extraordinary tin with its original packaging is a rarity.

This scarce 1910/20s “Bugle” round litho 25 humidor cigar tin, measuring 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″, is in fair condition with one small dent, some superficial rust on the exterior bottom and exterior and interior lid and some age related paint scratches and chips. No dents, some minor superficial rust on the interior lid and some minor age related edge wear on the exterior lid and sides. This very attractive grey tin with red and gold lettering features an image of gold parade bugle wrapped with red braided cord. The cigars were manufactured by General Cigar Company, Richmond, VA in Factory 16, 9th District, PA.

The interesting red, white and blue label features a detailed embossed portrait of General Adna Chaffee was a Lieutenant General in the U. Army calvary officer in the Civil and Indian Wars and finished his career as Army Chief of Staff from 1904-06. The original wax paper liner remains in tact. There is also a paper label on the lid. This very attractive brown faux wood and black tin has detailed graphics. There is an extraordinary whimsical image of the Edwin Cigar Company Factory 327, 2nd District, NY with a huge “Lord Edwin cigar” poking out diagonally from behind the building. There is also a photograph of factory workers making the cigars by hand, as well as advertising for this tin of seconds/odd lots cigars. The Edwin Cigar Company manufactured 100,000 daily. Much of the high gloss finish remains. The white tin lid is in good condition with some age related paint chipping around the edges. The tin measures 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ x 5. This highly attractive embossed multicolored tin features a detailed portrait of a smiling woman musician holding a tambourine up by her ear. The cigars were manufactured in Factory 9, 2nd District, VA. Osceola was born in 1804 and died in 1838. His birth name was Billy Powell.
