Vintage Alfred Dunhill Cigar Humidor burl wood inlaid copper, 12.25 X 10.5 X 5.5

This is a vintage Alfred Dunhill cigar humidor. There are no tags indicating the country of origin, but judging by its age, it was made in London. This humidor goes back decades, as indicated by the inlaid copper lining and inner lid. It’s a beautiful burl wood exterior, with Spanish cedar lined interior. Push button to open (sorry, no key to lock it). Felt lined on outside bottom. Piano hinge and side hinge. Copper lined top on the inside and around edges. Maker’s plaque is still affixed. Beautiful inside and out. Condition is pretty good, given its age. The finish on the outer burl wood is beginning to show its age, but there are no missing sections, just some gentle crackling. There’s a few scratches here and there on the exterior, consistent with gentle use. The interior is outstanding. No split wood or rotten wood. The copper is clean and shiny, with only a gentle patina in some areas. Please see the photos for a complete visual. I’d be happy to send additional photos of any areas you’d like to see. The outer dimensions are 12.25 inches long, 10.5 inches wide, and 5.5 inches high. It’s a hefty thing, weighing in at just under 8 pounds. I answer all questions, and respond to all offers! Incredibly beautiful piece and probably the best humidor Ive ever come across. Comes with key and both original wood felt-lined divider inserts. Does not come with magnetic humidifying units. These are just disposable pieces anyway you can get anywhere that attach to the magnets on the inside of the cover. In generally used condition with some light scuffing consistent with light usage. Anything more than a light scuff is pictured and even those are barely noticeable. Truly in great condition for a piece of this age and material. See pictures for more on condition. This piece is beautifully crafted from a burl wood with a Spanish cedar lining. It comes with a hygrometer and the inside joints have been sealed with a clear epoxy as seen in the photos. The humidor still retains a partial original Made In Italy label on the bottom. The condition is very good with some minor outer imperfections and a tear in the leather on the bottom of the case.
