RARE ANTIQUE BENSON & HEDGES SILVER CUT GLASS CIGARETTE BOX with STERLING INSERT

This is quite rare, in excellent condition, only needing a light polishing which I will leave to you. I believe the top is silverplate, and has a fancy engraved monogram, and marked on the inside front edge Benson & Hedges as shown. Inside is a insert that I think is sterling silver, but is not marked, with center pierced box that measures the center section 3″ wide X 2 3/4″. Total this measures 9 3/4″ wide X 3 1/2″ deep X 3 1/4 high. The inside insert weighs 156 grams. Please look closely at my photos for details. Vintage cigar humidor with sterling silver accents and handles. Milk glass interior, bronze top inside frame. Wood veneer has some slight bubbling at top rear but still solid see close up photos. The hinge stop on left side missing but still functions doesnt affect lid operation. Inside measures 11 3/4″l x 7 3/4″d x 5 1/2h. Exterior measures 12 1/2″l x 9″d x 7 1/8h, Top center has engraved G. Initials not super noticeable can always cover with plate with your initials. Nice humidor looks maybe 1960’s not sure no key for lock. Please check out my other auctions.
