A Vintage Walnut Pipe Display Stand with Amber Glass Humidor Jar, c. This Pipe Display would look exceptional while staged in an array of interior styles – It’s the perfect gentleman’s piece for a library, lounge or upon a occasional table. The solid walnut shows a drastic grain throughout, accompanied by an original satin finish. The stand accommodates 10 pipes of any size. The estate pipes shown in the photo are not included and are shown for staging purposes only. The removable amber glass humidor jar offers perfect contrast while in the walnut stand. The original lid includes an Aztec clay humidity stone underneath. The stand is unmarked or signed, the bottom side of the Humidor Jar is marked Dun-Rite Wood Inc, Brooklyn NY. Hettermann Bros Cigar Co Jar Louisville Kentucky Honey Amber Antique Humidor

Fantastic and Scarce piece of Louisville, KY History. An Antique Jar that dates back between the 1870s – 90s Advertising Hettermann Bros Cigar Co. Nice large size measuring approx 5” x 5” Embossed writing on the front reads HETTERMANN BROS CO. LOUISVILLE KY FACTORY NO 23 5TH DISTRICT OF KY 50 ” and the reverse side reads ” FREEMONT The Hettermann Bros. Cigar manufacturers were started by John and William Hettermann, brothers who came to Louisville, Kentucky from Germany and founded the cigar manufacturing business in 1870. They operated at different locations until 1895 when they moved to South Floyd Street. The company became the Ryan-Hampton Tobacco Co. Please zoom up and notice condition. There is a tight crack in the glass on the back side, but it is otherwise in superb condition. AIR-TIGHT boldly emb on front…. 1429 1ST DIST PA 50 bold emb on bottom (indicating this jar held 50 cigars)….. Hand blown in mold… Ground threaded wide mouth collar with original unembossed tin lid…. 5″tall x 4 7/8″across lid…. Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean cigar jar. 4-vintage 9 Globe Tobacco Co Detroit Pat 1882 Amber Barrel Glass Bottle Jar

4-VINTAGE 9 GLOBE TOBACCO CO DETROIT PAT 1882 AMBER BARREL GLASS BOTTLE JAR. These are original hand blown, ground lip Globe Tobacco Co glass barrel shape jar dated 1882 and with its original tin lid….. GLOBE TOBACCO COMPANY DETROIT PAT OCT. 10th 1882 emb on front of jar. Jars are in beautiful condition with no chips or cracks. Tin lids are rusty with some better than the others. See pics for condition. Pics number 10 and 11 show that one of them looks like there might some remnants of tobacco in there? Also, the difference in lighting is not an illusion. Some are lighter and it almost seems like they get darker. I thinks its very cool to see the difference in amber darkness. Im not an expert when it comes to these, so if you have questions please ask. Vintage Tobacciana Jar FIGURALElephant Amber Glass Canister USA

For your consideration is a wonderful FIGURAL TOBACCO JAR, beautiful amber far with wooden lid. Atop rests a carved elephant. No chips or cracks to the jar, but some age related wear to the Finnish on the lid. I believe this to. E American made as the glass is reminiscent of Hazel Atlas. The monk has an open mouth with teeth. It is an interesting theme and a great representation of early tobacciana. I believe this item is early to mid 20th century. It measures approximately 9 inches in height. It is in excellent antique condition. This is a great tobacco jar! Really great addition for the collector.
