This scarce 1910s “Iroquois” paper label humidor 50 cigar tin, measuring 5 1/4″ x 5 1/8″, is in fair condition with no rust, some dents on the bottom and on lid edge and some age related paper scrapes and discoloration. This very attractive tin was made by the American Can Company, Baltimore, MD. It features an embossed label with a detailed, multicolored portrait of an Iroquois warrior. The Iroquois were known to be an historically powerful northeast Native American Confederacy. The cigars were made by the Iroquois Cigar Company in Factory 115, 23rd District, PA.
