1900’s “Man Smoking Pipe” Tobacco Jar Germany. A blackamoor pottery tobacco jar. This unmarked, figural design is believed to have been produced. Black Memorabilia; Around the House, Schiffer Publishing Co. Lovely facial details, on white bisque. Crafted well and hand painted. This piece weighs in at. Please keep in mind that these collectables will differ, piece to piece, and display. Imperfections normal to hand-crafted wares. Would make an excellent addition to your collection! This is a pre-owned piece, of antique age, and will show signs of regular wear normal to its careful and respected use. However, this tobacco jar is in good. Condition with minimal surface wear, scratching, scuffing, and color loss. There is no evidence of any chips. There is some scotch tape residue on the front and tape on the back that i did not want to pull off. Please refer to photos for close and clear details. 5.5L x 5. While prices are very competitive they are still mostly negotiable as some funds beat no funds for my class. Have a great day. Antique German Pottery TeraCotta HUMIDOR Tree Trunk Dog Spaniel? It is pottery, terra cotta, in the shape of a hollowed tree trunk. It has a lid with a long-haired dog laying on top. It measures 4″ tall with lid, 2 3/4″ tall without. It is 5 3/4″ wide, and 4 1/2″ deep (front to back). Good used condition, functions as intended. Old Majolica Pottery Cigar Form Tobacco Jar

Old Majolica Pottery Cigar Form Tobacco Jar. The brown jar is decorated in relief with cigar shapes — including the lid which also has a cigar finial. The jar center is decorated with a red ribbon. There is a faint impressed mark on the base. SIZE: 4 1/2 inches high x 3 1/4 inches wide. CONDITION: Consistent with age, the jar has some wear — wear to the red ribbon color and some of the brown color — the lid has a repaired crack that is seen from the bottom — the bottom part of the cover edge has a nick — there is wear to the rim edge of the cover and some color losses to the top cigar tips — there is a loss to the surface of one cigar on the jar body near the ribbon — wear and color loss to the jar body — all due to age and use. Antique Abraham Lincoln Tobacco Jar by Johann Maresch. Antique ABRAHAM LINCOLN Tobacco Jar by Johann Maresch Austrian Pottery Humidor. Offered for sale is this rare antique Abraham Lincoln tobacco jar. It depicts a young Lincoln and is Austrian terracotta pottery made by Johann Maresch, dating from around 1870. I have seen only one other example of this jar, and the colors on this jar are much better. Please excuse the reflections in the pictures. The tobacco jar is just over 8.5 inches tall, and just over 6.5 inches wide. It is in excellent condition for a pottery tobacco jar of this age. There are a few tiny nibbles to the edges of his shoes, small flakes to the edge of his coat and umbrella handle and the underside of a pant leg. There is a short hairline on the part of the lid that sits down in the base (the tip of the pen is pointing to this) and the hairline does not extend into the decorated part, it is all hidden with the lid in place. There are some of the normal small spots of wear and paint rubs. Please see the close up pictures. Impressed Johann Maresch marks on the bottom as shown. Unfortunately, we have no control over that.
