Listed is a Buffalo Pottery Deldare Ware piece that is a tobacco humidor. It stands 7″ tall and the base is 8 sided and 6″ in diameter. It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. It is marked “Ye Lion Inn” and it is signed but I cannot make out the signature. Feel free to ask questions.

Really tough to spot are the odd small and faint scratch here or there. I missed it on the first three inspections-there is a chip\ epair on the top rim. Still, condition is Excellent. Height is about 7 inches. This is beyond my control. You may want to familiarize yourself with the laws of your state regarding this matter.

Wave Crest Opal Ware Hand Painted Enameled Hinged Cigar Tobacco Humidor Antique

RARE, one of a kind, EXTRA LARGE. Wave Crest Opal Ware Hand Painted Enameled Hinged and footed Cigar Tobacco Humidor Box Antique. This is so beautiful the pictures just don’t do it justice. 6.75 inches tall x 6.5 inches wide. The opening is 5.5 inches wide. Making it easy to store your tobacco products. This is one of the largest of Monroe’s Opal Glass boxes. This is a the puffy egg crate style design. Over 100 years old this beautiful Box is in excellent condition. No chips, no cracks, no repairs, no scratches. There is some age tarnishing on the brass collar as shown in the pictures. A bit of history, the CF Monroe Co. Was founded in 1880 in Meriden Connecticut. Hand-Painted enameled in pastel colored floral designs. This beautiful Opal covered cigar box has a ribbed brass collar and clasp, each corner has an ornate ormolu. The brass hinge on the back works smoothly. The front clasp and cover fit evenly and snug. The beautiful footed legs each have a Cherub type figurine adding to its beauty and detail. The inside of the top has a sponge compartment. Grasp the little knob and turn gently to remove it and place a sponge inside and return the lid. Keeping your cigars or tobacco products fresh. Antique Humidor, W&R Carlton Ware Humidor, Tobacciana, Cheltenham College

C 1890 ceramic stoneware humidor tobacciana Still smells like its original tobacco! Made by W & R Stoke-on-Kent Carlton Ware. Ceramic lid, brown glaze, textured ceramic exterior, ceramic and metal lid Porcelain shield says in Latin: Disce Ut Doceas / Cheltenham Training College “Learn in order to Teach, ” so perhaps it was a college for future teachers. Fabulous antique airtight lid! The lid is ceramic and has a very old (hard and dried) rubberized gasket that would have sealed tightly into the jar by way of a brass twist-and-screw mechanism, which you can see in the pictures. Very good antique condition – I see no cracks or hairlines. There are a few very minor (and very old) chips on the rim. The rubber gasket is dried and cracked from age. The metal brass mechanism is discolored. What an amazing gift this would be for your friend who collects tobacciana! Vintage Carlton Ware Tree & Swallow Rumidor. Pattern #3281 tree & swallow. 6.5″ tall x 4.75″ diameter. One tiny chip on the rim of the base (see pic). Large hairline crack in the lid – it runs up one side and halfway around the knob – mostly visible from the interior but there are a few small chips visible on the exterior – see pics.

Vintage Carlton Ware Chinoiserie Jar withSealing Lid Trees & Birds Design Tobacco

This vintage tobacco jar is in really great shape! I do not know for certain that this is a tobacco jar. I only know that it was being used for that when I obtained it. It may have had some type of wicker/leather/rope handle that went over the ceramic handles on the side? The beautiful design is iridescent and color changes slightly under different light. There are no chips in the jar or lid. There is some discoloration on the inside. The rubber seal has hardened some and is stiff. A beautiful piece for use or display.
