A rare antique Austrian clown jester figural Majolica pottery humidor. Cigar, pipe, tobacco ceramic/pottery jar / container. Made in Austria, circa early 1900’s. The underside has a numbered impression which isn’t perfectly clear. I believe it is: 78 08 46. 4 1/2″ Tall x 4″ Wide x 4 Deep. In overall great condition. No cracks, crazing or repairs. There are a few minor surface/paint chips as circled in the photos. The tip of his nose has a tiny white spot which is glazed over and not a chip but. Regular, natural occurring imperfections in the glaze and firing of majolica pottery. Please message me with any questions.
