Offered for your private collection is this incredible antique large Figural porcelain humidor. It is marked on the bottom with the numbers “2561/36″ incised into the clay. This looks to be German or from Austria based on the subject matter. It features a melancholy man dressed for bed as they did back in the early 1800’s enjoying one last smoke of his Tyrolean pipe before he takes of his “smoking jacket” and turns in for the night. He is in excellent antique condition. He measures 8.25 inches tall and about 6 inches wide. He will be the conversation piece of your collection!
