This is a Black Laque de Chine & Silverplate cedar lined cigar humidor with a movable divider and holds 25 to 30 cigars according to its original instructions. The box is glossy black and the lid has a decoration of parallel silver plated lines in the middle. I think that this box was made in Italy and is out of production and the box is marked Christofle and is hallmarked on the front of the lid. The exterior dimensions are 11.25″ wide, 7″ front to back, 2 1/8 wide, and the weight is 2 lbs and 2 oz. The condition is Very good preowned with notation of fine surface scratches and a surface anomaly at the top front of the lid as pictured.
