Antique blue and white Dutch Tobacco Jar with Brass / Metal cover. Age 18th C (ca 1780). Marked on the base which is a bit odd but the signature is simular to De Vergulde Blompot as I have found simular tobacco jars same shape and also marked BP. Height (included cover) 36 cm / 14.2 inch. Perfect condition there is an old rim damage (see pics) and some slight spots caused by age, no cracks or repairs. Manufactorer De Vergulde Blompot.
