Here is your chance to own this fabulous and rare LION HEAD HUMIDOR. It measures approximately 8″ in diameter and approximately 10″ in height. The lid is hinged nicely and closes firmly and snugly. The inner container that holds the tobacco is slightly tarnished from age but i did not want to do any cleaning to not harm the finish. There is an inkwell insert that was at some time added as the fitted glass bowl with metal surround and lid is not nearly deep enough to fill the entire humidor void inside. The item could be used either way at the buyers discretion. I did not find any markings, stamps, or foundry marks on the piece but I did not want to remove the fabric encrusted base to expose the underside to look for additional marks. The only other piece I located like it was through a dealer on ruby lane that identified it as a humidor but no other details have been forthcoming. While prices are very competitive they are still mostly negotiable as some funds beat no funds for my class. Have a great day.
