An awesome antique wood lined bronze humidor box made by Silver Crest, early-to-mid twentieth century. Simple rectangular design with Art Deco style sterling silver decoration to box lid. 1.5″h x 6.25″l x 3.75w. In fair antique condition, with just general surface wear commensurate with age, such as the lovely green patina and oxidation to bronze, tarnish to the sterling, a slight bend to one corner of the box lid, and light surface scratches all over – see pictures. Underside is stamped with “Sterling Decorated Bronze, Silver Crest” hallmark, “Real Bronze, ” L 506. Antique Wood Oak Cigar Humidor Box w/ Metal Lining and Lock Hardware. Outside of box in good condition, some wear and surface scratches due to age and use. Metal hardware intact and lock works (comes with key). Inner metal lining has oxidization and tarnishing from age and use. Inner edge of wood has chip/ worn spot. Top metal label plate has some tarnishing and has initials “CCK” engraved. Please see pics for details. Vintage Alfred DUNHILL of London Wood Humidor Cigar Box Copper Lining Solid Wood

Up for sale here we have a Vintage Alfred DUNHILL of London Wood Humidor Cigar Box. We found this at a recent estate sale. We just thought it was a cool old wood box, we didn’t realize it was a cigar box. As you can see it has nicks and scratches. The label has come up a bit. It opens an closes smoothly. What you see in the photos is what you get. The box measures 8.25″ x 5.25″ x 3.25. It is a heavy solid wood construction with inner top and bottom copper plates.
