VINTAGE PRESSED GLASS HUMIDOR TOBACCO JAR with BRASS LID & NATURAL SPONGE. This vintage pressed glass humidor or tobacco jar has an alternating pattern of circles and stripes – reminds me of the. The clear glass container has no marks that I can find, and the glass has clear bubble inclusions in several places. The base measures 4-3/4 inches tall by 4 inches across at the bottom. The bottom does not have any pattern. The top of this humidor is a heavily embossed brass look metal with an angel or cherub design in the center bordered by ornate scroll work. The inside of the lid does have a sponge holder and retains the original natural sea sponge. This piece is used and the lid does show some signs of wear and age, but overall this is a pretty piece.
