UNIQUE Vintage Custom Walnut Pipe Tobacco Humidor Wood Arts Crafts Mid Century

Such a beautifully and simply designed, vintage pipe stand/humidor, done in an arts and crafts style that is reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright. The box isn’t perfect, having a few small imperfections, but it is nice overall and well constructed. It appears to be custom, and more than likely one of a kind. There are a few light corner damages, and drop of what looks like varnish or shellack on a lid. I did not try and remove it. I believe the wood is walnut. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Measures approximately 25.5″x8″x7.5. It smells wonderful too.. I strive to accurately depict and describe item conditions, but errors may occur. Clear communication is the best way to resolve issues.

Antique German Black Forest Carved Wood Tobacco Humidor Renaissance Portraits

This beautifully carved wooden tobacco humidor showcases the detailed craftsmanship typical of the Black Forest tradition, believed to originate from early 20th-century Germany. Each side of the box features intricate floral designs and profile portraits in a Renaissance style, all hand-carved in relief. The top of the box is adorned with complementary floral carvings and includes a central knob for easy removal. The lid lifts off completely and reveals an unlined wooden interior-originally intended for tobacco storage, though it also functions well as a decorative box for small keepsakes, jewelry, or collectibles. Crafted from solid wood with warm, aged patina, the piece remains in very good vintage condition. Felt remnants on the base suggest it was designed to rest on a tabletop without scratching the surface. Removable lid with carved knob. Hand-carved Renaissance-style portraits and floral motifs. Believed to be German, Black Forest-style. This humidor is both decorative and functional, perfect for collectors of tobacciana, antique woodwork, or European folk art.

For sale is a rare and exquisite Antique Bradley & Hubbard Tobacco Jar Humidor, featuring a finely detailed Arabic Sheikh bust. Crafted in the early 1900s by the renowned Bradley & Hubbard Manufacturing Company of Meriden, Connecticut, this heavy cast metal humidor is a masterpiece of decorative tobacciana.
