VTG Bulldogs Cast Iron Cigar Smoking Bookends Brass Cigars

Dogs are cast iron on a wood base. Cigars are brass and screw out. Nice condition for their age. I wiped the dust off with a wet cloth, but still has some in the groves. Felt base still on. Rare to find in this condition.

1900 Imperial Russian Cast Bronze Cigar Cigarette Box Double Head Eagle Grapes

Hello, up for sale is a stunning antiques cigar cigarette box. Beautiful box made solid cast bronze and lined with wooden panels inside. Hinged lid box with Imperial Russian motif, double head eagle with Imperial symbols. Allover decorated with organic ornaments grapes, vines and paradise birds symbol of galore. The box is artist signed in Cyrillic with embossed letterings AB on the lid edge. Very good preserved box with mellow patina on bronze. Found at estate sale in Paris. Swedish Tobacco Humidor / Jar. Cast iron, black/green patina, in the collection of the Husqvarna Museum in Sweden. Top lid depicts playing cards (ace, spade, heart, and diamond), one side of the container features two lions holding a royal crown with the date 1800, the other side shows figures with smoking pipes around a bar with the latin inscription: Inter Bibendum Large Fumandum (while drinking, smoke generously). Antique Figural Cigar Store Cast Page Boy Cigar Lamp / Lighter Amazing and Rare

This Listing is for an Antique Figural Cigar Store Cast Page Boy Cigar Lamp or Lighter. This Amazing piece would be placed on a counter in a tobacco shop, cigar store or a country store. A very rare and desirable piece from a by gone era. Probably Ca 1890 – 1910 is my best judgement. This beautifully cast piece is quite heavy and is cast in White Metal with some sort of a wash. !!! The brass lamp with glass globe is not original to the piece but it sure displays nicely. It is not electrified and doesn’t appear to have a gas fitting. Overall measurements without the wooden base is 22 1/4 high x 8 1/2 wide. The wood base is 8 3/4 square and is contemporary. I have included a reference photo of a Page boy and girl Ca. 1887 by Wm Demuth & Co. This is a very rare find! I try to describe items as I hold them. I only accept Pay Pal.
