This rare 1950s “Sanchez Hermanos” 50 cigar cardboard humidor canister has a tin top and bottom. It is in good condition with no rust or dents and some minor age related paper discoloration and tears. This very attractive white canister has a multicolored label which features detailed portrait of the actress Fanny Davenport and a circular garland of several varieties of beautiful flowers on the other. The cigars were manufactured by Villazon & Company, Tampa, FL in Factory102, Coll.

This scarce 1900s “National” litho 50 cigar humidor tin, measuring 5 3/8″ x 4″ x 6 1/8, is in very good condition with one dimple dent in the lid, a very small spot of superficial rust on the interior side and some minor age related paint scratches and chips. Much of the original high gloss finish remains. The hinge is in excellent working order. This very attractive green tin was made by Heekin Can Company, Cincinnati, OH. The cigars were manufactured by the Cigar Manufacturers Co-operative, Company, Cincinnati, OH in Factory 12, 1st District of Ohio. Cincinnati was one of the first cities to unionize its cigar workers. This tin is very scarce and important in cigar manufacturing history.

This rare 1920s rare “John Hornick” litho with a paper labeled front 25 humidor cigar tin, measuring 5 3/4″ x 3 1/8″ x 3 1/8 is in good condition with no rust or dents and some minor age related paint and paper scrapes. This very attractive light green tin with red lettering features a detailed portrait of John Hornick, an entrepreneur who lived and worked in Sioux City, Iowa. The cigars tin label was printed by the American Lithography, New York. The tin was made by the Cadillac Can Company, Cadillac, MI. The cigars were manufactured in Factory 319, 1st District, MI.

The front is an illustration of a woman in roman type garb with lush tropical foliage in the background.

This rare 1910s paper label “Lord Baltimore” 50 humidor cigar tin, measuring 5 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, is in very good condition with no dents, some minor superficial rust on the lid and some minor age related paper scrapes and discoloration. This very attractive white tin with gold and blue lettering features an image of Lord Baltimore, dressed in armor, riding a horse. Lord Baltimore founded the colony of Maryland when he left England to found a safe haven for English Catholics. His family was prominent in Maryland for generations as is reflected in the name of the capital city of Baltimore. The cigars were manufactured by F. Smiths & Sons, McSherrystown, PA in Factory 331, 1st District, PA.
