Loetz Iridized Glass Humidor Jar & Lid Antique Reverse Teardrop Art Nouveau Flaw

Antique Art Nouveau Loetz Iridized Glass Humidor Jar and Lid. Attributed to Loetz with pattern dating circa 1899. Green glass highly iridized on the exterior only. Known as Papillon or Oil Spot. Bulbous look with reverse teardrop design. No cracks or hairline cracks. Two chips noted on rim as shown in photos with approximate measurement of chips. Chips do not show when lid is in place. Outside top of lid has 3 areas of what appears to be paint spatters as shown in photos. Inside lid carries faint smell of potpourri. Embossed design brass lid shows age worthy wear and patina. Lid has in place the interior holder for a moisture sponge. Height of jar with lid in place measures approximately 6.75.

Antique Art Nouveau Humidor Brass Raised Relief Lotus Flowers Surrounding Piece

Antique victorian art nouveau brass humidor. It has raised relief lotus flowers all around the sides, which represent purity, beauty, and spiritual enlightenment. 1884 Sterling Silver Glass Humidor Jar, Art Nouveau Wallace Bros Silver Co

This rare glass humidor features a stunning Art Nouveau sterling silver lid. I tested, and the lid is non-magnetic. Also there is no odor like metallic plated silver. Ee the photos of the before and after when I polished the silver lid. The lid weighs 3.6 ounces, or 94 grams of silver. It is inscribed on the inside lid Wallace Brothers Silver Co. There was a post it note inside that read Property of Great Grandpa Charles William Morgan. It came through my mother Lillian Morgan Lentner to me, Jeanette Lentner Johnson. No cracks in lid or glass. Measures 5 1/2″ T x 5″ W. Perfect for cigar enthusiasts and collectors of antique and silver items, this glass humidor is a must-have. Antique Art Nouveau Sgd Brass Bird Medieval Repousse Tobacco Cigar Humidor Box

This is a fabulous 19th Century Continental very heavy 7 1/2 pounds ornate brass or bronze humidor box from one of the finest families in my hometown. Measures 11″ by 6″ by 3 3/4 and features birds done in an Art Nouveau or maybe an Oriental design. It snaps shut nicely. Below that looks like a lock but the box did not come with a key. Has a makers hallmark on the bottom which looks like a W. I originally thought it was Erhard & Sohne but this would not be their mark. The inside has a wooden base which had an old rubber band residue I mostly removed. The lid has its original metal insert designed to keep moisture in the box for cigars freshness. The brass or bronze patina is very nice with just a bit of tarnish from sitting around. You will love condition, craftmanship and lovely design. Very lovely in person.

This Vintage Art Nouveau English Bulldog Lidded Tobacco / Cigar Jar (c1920) consist of heavy Bronze wash over metal and thick glass with a Total weight of 2.7 pounds. The piece measures 8 inches tall by 4.5 inches across and has no dings, dents, chips, cracks etc. However, there are some minor color losses on the lid but retains wonderful patina. Antique Art Nouveau Golf Theme Humidor Cigar Box Silver Plated Jennings Brothers

For your consideration I have this really neat golf themed, silver plated humidor/cigar box manufactured by Jennings Brothers in Bridgeport, CT, circa early 1900’s-1920’s. It remains in good condition and the lid still opens and closes as it was designed to. The four bakelite side panels are missing that would have gone around the inside of the box, however, the bottom piece is still present. Also, there is a small repair to one corner of the bakelite on the inside of the lid. Measurements are: 6 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ x 3 3/4 (to the top of the golf ball). Feel free to ask any questions.
