VINTAGE Copper, Brass &Tin Rumidor Tobacco Humidor/Canister RARE 1900’s Piece. WHAT MAKES THIS A RARE PIECE IS THAT IT USES 3 SEPARATE MATERIALS – A BRASS COVER, A COPPER MIDDLE & IT IS COMPLETELY TIN LINED. I HAVE NOT FOUND ANOTHER ONE LIKE IT. THE INFORMATION GIVEN LEANS IT TOWARDS ONE OF THE FIRST TO COME OUT OF THE NEW YORK FACILITY. This Rumidor is in Excellent condition. It is showing it’s age with a Beautiful Patina. It has NO DENTS or other. A 1920s era copper humidor. It measures 7 ¾ inches high and 5 7/8 inches in diameter across the bottom. There are no dents. The knob on the top of the lid turns, and has three markings on it: IN, ON, and OFF. Inside the lid is 1 7/8 inch diameter cylinder with 5 holes on the side. Turning the knob on the top adjusts the holes from being completely open to completely closed, adjusting the humidity inside. The knob turns, but is a bit stiff. The bottom of the cylinder inside the lid is stamped with U. OFF THE RUMIDOR CORPORATION NEW YORK CITY. The humidor is tin-lined inside and has age spotting.

Antique tobacco holder humidor. Made by Rockford silver p. Is etched “The fragrant weed”. On the bottom rim is a dent, lid fits good. Good for the age. It looks like there were a couple books back in 1907 and 1925 called Fragrant weed. Not sure if this might of had something to do with the book. Measures 4 5/8″ x 6 1/2″ tall.

Here’s a beautiful yellow 1890s Double Eagle Cigars labeled 8 sided glass cigar jar from Theobald & Oppenheimer of Philadelphia…. Jar itself has no embossing, but colorful original label has picture of a double headed eagle & crown… REGISTERED BY THEOBALD & OPPENHEIMER CO…. Jar is early machine made… Smooth threaded collar with white painted tin lid… Excellent shiny near mint condition with no chips or damage. A nice clean jar with no haze. The Theobald & Oppenheimer Company founded in 1860 was one of the largest producers of hand rolled cigars in Philadelphia. They employed many women and minorities. EXTREMELY RARE c. 1900-1940 Copper 13 Humidor With Grizzly Bear Lid GERMAN
LARGE (13 INCHES TALL). This is a vintage tobacco humidor, likely from the early to mid-20th century, featuring a cast metal grizzly bear finial on the lid. The bear on top is sculpted in a Black Forest-style pose, standing upright with one paw raised. While true Black Forest pieces were hand-carved wood from Switzerland/Germany, many American and European manufacturers borrowed the same look and cast them in metal instead.
